Working with the clients of the debt recovery department, you will provide an expert, professional and friendly litigation service. You will provide advice and assistance to clients on general issues which arise within their organisations.

In order to be considered for the role, you will have experience in general debt recovery litigation processes, procedures and legislation. Ideally you will have dealt with disputes relating to breach of contract and particularly contract disputes concerning general supply of goods and services.

Experience of dealing with insolvency cases including knowledge of the bankruptcy and winding up processes would be an advantage.
