Job Title: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Location: Surrey Heath
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Our client is a highly regarded Legal 500 firm seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Commercial and Contract Litigation, with experience of managing high-value disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a varied caseload of Commercial and Contract Litigation matters, from inception to conclusion
  • Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements and instructions to counsel
  • Providing legal advice to clients, including risk management and settlement negotiations
  • Attending court hearings and managing communication with clients and other parties involved in the litigation process
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contributing to business development initiatives
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4PQE in Commercial and Contract Litigation
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the relevant legal principles and procedures
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience of business development and a willingness to contribute to the growth of the team
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work to clients
