• This leading national law firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to play an active role in the development of the commercial litigation department.
• The caseload will comprise of all aspects of commercial litigation including shareholder disputes, contentious probate, building disputes, professional negligence disputes and partnership disputes.
• You will be keen to business develop and market in the local area.
• You will work on all parts of the litigation process including disclosure, case management, drafting witness statements and attending trial.
• The firm offer an excellent quality of work along with a good work life balance.
