Position Overview:

They are seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join its thriving practice. The ideal candidate will assist the Senior Partners in all phases of litigation, conducting research, organising case materials, and providing administrative support. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and exposure to complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and gather pertinent information for cases.
  • Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
  • Manage case files and ensure all documents are organised and accessible.
  • Coordinate with Fee Earners and clients to facilitate communication and updates on case progress.
  • Prepare trial materials and assist during trial proceedings.
  • Conduct document review and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation or related legal field.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
