My client is currently looking for a Associate to join their Commercial and IT department. The firm is a Top Legal 500 law firm and have won multiple awards. 

They are looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 years PQE specialising in Commercial/IT Law. You will need to be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills, good academics and high quality experience. 

This role will include undertaking a wide range of high-quality Commercial Contract, Advisory, IT and business related work. You will be advising on technology and commercial contacts including competition, consumer law, data protection and franchising matters. The team has a particular focus on insurance, life sciences, retail, franchising and technology departments.
