A well-established insurance group who handle a range of commercial insurance products, now have an excellent opportunity for those with at least 3 years insurance experience to join them as a Commercial Insurance Sales Executive based from their Edinburgh branch.

The purpose of this role is to develop and grow the non-motor and commercial fleet business within the branch. The position involves managing the business development process from initial concept to implementation, as well as developing and executing strategies to drive new business growth but equally partaking in day-to-day broking activities within the branch and be a referral point for the trainees. We are looking for a candidate who has good judgement, is analytical, pays great attention to detail, is flexible, initiative-taking, driven & who delivers excellent customer service whilst always adhering to their individual underwriting authority limits and in accordance with the procedure manual.

This role represents a great opportunity for someone with 2 years plus commercial insurance sales based experience, who wants to develop themselves in an award winning broker, who continue to show impressive growth. 

This experience mist be gained at either a broker or insurer, within commercial lines. 

A highly competitive basic salary is on offer, plus a very strong commission scheme. Holidays start at 20 days per annum rising to 28, plus an additional day holiday for an employee’s birthday. Benefits also include a company pension and Perkbox benefits.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
