Commercial Insurance Executive

About You:

You’d love to use your existing commercial insurance experience to help shape a small yet well-established company to support more micro-SME businesses across the UK.

You will have flexibility with the way you can work with full-time and part time hours available, and you will work across Monday to Friday (or potentially four days per week) to deal with inbound requests for help from their Micro/SME clients and referrals. You will also start to establish your own referrals through networking and other relationship-building strategies.

You will be put through a 2 year apprenticeship to become Dip CII Qualified and have 20% of your hours dedicated to your studies in order to achieve this.

You’ll live within easy reach of Bristol for training and team meetings, however, you’ll have a solid home setup for home working, including a dedicated space to work from and a strong, reliable internet connection.

The key skills and experience you have include:

• Commercial insurance exec experience (as opposed to personal lines)
• CII qualification is preferred but not essential as you will undergo a 2 year apprenticeship to become Dip CII qualified of which 20% of your time will be dedicated for your studies.

Salary: £29,000 to £37,000 - If this role was full-time at 37.5 hours (depending on experience)

Pro-rated salary for 30 hours per week: £23,400 to £29,000 per year (depending on experience)

Location: Head Office in Bristol

Your location: Within easy reach of Bristol, up to a 50-mile radius, for company training and meetings.
