We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance executive to manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team and clients to provide an exceptional level of service, manage renewals, and handle any claims that may arise. The role requires a strong understanding of commercial insurance products, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing a high level of service and support
  • Handle all aspects of renewals, including negotiating with insurers and providing recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
  • Respond to client queries and concerns in a timely manner and provide accurate and helpful advice
  • Process and manage claims, ensuring that they are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure that all records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance account handling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Effective negotiation skills and the ability to work independently
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A strong understanding of commercial insurance products and the insurance industry
  • A relevant degree or professional qualification would be an advantage but is not a necessity

Salary: £20,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
