As a Commercial Finance Partner, you will manage and work alongside and support the commercial operations team in developing and maintaining budgeting and forecasting models, supported with a suite of reports specifically designed to maintain high levels of accuracy. You will also be responsible for providing timely, accurate commercial reporting and financial models to support key stakeholders with strategic decision making and prospect clients proposals.

You will have responsibility for the Commercial Strategy, Budgeting and Forecasting, Commercial Analysis, Risk Analysis and management of 3 commercial analysts.

Working collaboratively with all areas of the business you will have a strong background in commercial analysis, advanced MS Office  especially excel, ideally with working knowledge of Power BI, SQL querying skills and strong business systems and process knowledge.
Strong team management skills including 121's, workflow management and objective setting you will be a leader of change and continuous improvement.
