Commercial Finance Manager - Nottingham

Are you looking for a role with clearly defined progression prospects, a company which is successful, profitable, but also is flexible? If so, this could be ideal for you.

The role itself would suit someone wanting to continue a commercial role, with a view to progressing to the next level within 2-3 years. Numerous case studies are available internally of where people have done this previously too.

It's a company big enough to offer progression, but, small enough to give you exposure right up to senior director level. In fact, in this role your main stakeholder will be C-Suite level and their wider team.

Offering up to £64,000 + 10% Bonus + Wider Benefits

The ideal candidate will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified, with a strong background in commercial business partnering. You'll have first rate influencing and communication skills with the ability to drive commercial performance effectively.

Hybrid working is of course on offer with 2 days in the office, 3 days at home.

The Role:

  • Work closely with C-Suite level stakeholders to drive commercial performance for the organisation
  • Drive budgeting and forecasting processes for the business area
  • Drive initiatives to boost profitability and commercial performance
  • KPI reporting and analysis into root causes of the results
  • Support the senior management team with commercial decision making
  • Influence and challenge stakeholders at C-Suite level
