Paying £65,000 - £70,000

Based in Central London (Hybrid working model)

Talentedge are working with a high growth media agency looking to hire a Commercial Finance Manager to come in a play a key role in their Finance Team with the purpose of helping to drive business growth and play a key role in advising senior business stakeholders.

This is an exciting newly created opportunity with excellent business partnering exposure working closely with the Commercial Finance Director as the business looks to build on its recent success and continue to scale in the near future.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the Commercial Finance Director monitoring the consolidation and collection of revenue
• Working alongside the Commercial Finance Director to ensure new clients are successfully onboarded
• Assisting with and eventually leading pitches
• Assisting with client contract negotiation
• Working with the key stakeholders, preparing commercial proposals for developing business
• Working across teams through the agency to ensure accurate project pricing
• Working closely with client leads on resource management and reforecasting and advising on areas for margin improvement
• Business Partnering and providing insight to assist client leads
• Ensure a regular line of contact with new and existing clients
• Supporting the Commercial Finance Director in negotiation of term of business to ensure profitability
• Identifying areas for improvement, to further the growth plan
• Adhoc project work

The Ideal Candidate:

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified accountant
• Experience within a media / marketing agency
• Strong academic profile
• Strong commercial acumen and a proven business partner
• A driven and ambitious individual who is keen to make a real impact on the business
• Strong leadership qualities to contribute to the commercial finance team and manage and mentor junior reports
• Excellent communication skills and people management working with both finance people
• Strong excel skills are essential
