Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to support management and drive sales for their branded product range.

As part of the team, you'll engage with existing customers daily, fostering relationships to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for prospecting new profitable customers, expanding the brand reach reach and influence in the market.

This is a fast-paced environment, where your 'can do' attitude and positive outlook will be invaluable. You'll help ensure deadlines are met for customer administration and product launches, navigating ever-evolving challenges with ease and enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and nurturing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities.
- Actively seeking out new supply opportunities and markets 
- Handling promotional, pricing, and sample requests with precision.
- Facilitating effective communication within the team regarding product launches and changes.
- Collaborating with our NPD team to drive successful new product development.
- Creating impactful customer presentations using PowerPoint.
- Providing prompt and effective responses to customer queries and complaints.
- Maintaining accurate monthly sales reports.

Minimum requirements:

- UK Driving licence.
- Proven experience in the fmcg industry, with a keen interest in customer-facing roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
