Commercial Disputes Lawyer

Duties of the Role:
- Case Analysis: Conducting thorough assessments of legal issues and evidence related to commercial disputes.
- Legal Research: Researching relevant laws, regulations, and precedents to develop effective legal strategies.
- Drafting Legal Documents: Preparing pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents necessary for litigation or arbitration proceedings.
- Client Representation: Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals.
- Witness Management: Conducting witness interviews, preparing witnesses for testimony, and presenting evidence during trial or arbitration hearings.
- Legal Counseling: Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on potential risks, liabilities, and options for resolving disputes.
Person Specification:
In pursuit of exceptional talent, the firm are currently seeking individuals who embody the following qualifications and attributes:
- Possessing between 1 to 6 years of post-admission disputes experience
- Holding qualification in England & Wales
- Attaining at least a 2:1 (or equivalent) degree from a prestigious university
- Demonstrating a track record of experience within top-tier law firms or chambers
