Then, join our team in Swansea where you'll be the voice of HSBC and the first point of contact via the telephone for our commercial customers. As a Commercial Customer Associate in our Client Services team, you'll be the first point of contact for our Commercial Banking customers, supporting them with their everyday banking queries, whilst building strong relationships by listening to their needs and delivering solutions that helps to grow their business.

You will:

Be able to think on your feet to provide solutions for our customers, and comfortable embracing technology and providing demonstrations of digital servicing solutions. ?
Be ambitious, have a helpful personality, and enjoy building relationships and rapport?by using your excellent verbal communication skills.
Have previous customer service experience but do not worry if you don't have banking experience as we can teach you everything you need to know via our initial 8-week training programme and ongoing support and coaching.
Be resilient and thrive working in a busy contact centre environment as part of a team that enjoys collaborating and delivering on common goals.
Have the self-led enthusiasm to grow, succeed and learn.
Qualifications - External
This role is full-time, contracted to 35 hours a week, working 5 out of 6 days. You must be able to commit to the role for a minimum of 12 months. Flexibility is required as you will be working on a rotational shift pattern when our customers need us the most, so between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 2pm on Saturday.

We operate a hybrid working environment, which means that after your probation there could be the opportunity to work a few days in the office where you'll collaborate with your team combined with some work from home, and it's important you are able to do both. To be able to work from home you will need to have a suitable home office set up, which includes a desk and a chair in a location which is safe, secure, and free from the interruptions of day-to-day life. We will provide you with the technology required to do your role.

This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship as it does not meet the UK Government salary or skill threshold.
