Commercial Contracts Lawyer - In-house
Commercial Contracts Lawyer Opportunity - Hybrid in Cambridgeshire - Initially Remote. This position will involve delivering a high-quality service with non-contentious commercial, contract and procurement matters. Commercial Lawyer Duties:
- Managing a case-load of contractual matters including contracts.
- Funding agreements such as framework,consultancy, service,sharing and grant funding.
- Drafting, negotiating and amending terms.
- Extending contracts and evaluating changes.
- Assisting with transactions and providing advice.
- Experience with transport law and assisting with climate change practices.
- Assisting the data protection officer.
Ideally experience of local authority, transport and GDPR.
