My client, a commercial cleaning company, is looking to recruit a Team Leader to mange a small team of commercial cleaners around the Bedfordshire/Cambridgeshire areas. This will include areas such as Bedford, St. Neots, Cambridge and Letchworth.

This role will have you manage a small team of cleaners where you will predominantly clean school kitchens so you will require a DBS to work on school premises

The main functions of the role include

- Mange your team members effectively
- Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
- Ensure daily and weekly schedule is adhered to and up-tp-date records are kept
- Maintain strong customer relations at all times
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards possible

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

- Previous experience in a similar role as a commercial cleaning team leader or supervisory role ideally with commercial kitchens
- Full UK License is essential as you will have access to company van and be responsible for transporting your team from site to site
- Offer flexibility with your working hours, this is Not a Monday-Friday 9-5
- Knowledge of COSHH
- Ideally IPAF and PASMA qualified
- TR19 Training
- Have no unspent criminal convictions as you will be required to attain an updated DBS

The salary on offer is up to £31,500
