Tate recruitment are delighted to be working alongside an innovative pharmaceuticals company who are looking for a Commercial and Pricing Associate to join their team based in London.

Commercial and Pricing Associate

  • Rate: £160-180 per day
  • Contract Length: 8 months
  • Location: London
  • Hybrid working: 2/3 days in office

Role Overview: As part of our team, you will play a vital role in managing and executing UK pricing strategies and commercial deals across our diverse portfolio. Your responsibilities as Commercial and Pricing Associate will include overseeing internal and external pricing submissions, supporting client tender processes, and ensuring efficient management of commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As Commercial and Pricing Associate, you will assist in developing and completing pricing submissions according to established processes.
  • Manage contracts with clients, handling rebates, claims, and customer queries.
  • Monitor and coordinate tender submissions.
  • Manage ongoing invoice and rebate processes related to client agreements.
  • Oversee commercial pricing systems
  • Handle commercial inbox management and communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Execute month-end pricing and accounting activities.
  • Contribute to customer insights and opportunities through meaningful interactions.
  • Utilise manual and Excel to review multiple data sets and raise issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with brands across the enterprise on pricing strategies and tender submissions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations, finance and data driven environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Prior exposure to contract management and stakeholder engagement.

Other Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
