Commercial analyst. 9 months Fixed Term Contract in Warwick

Hays is working with a leader pharmaceutical company looking for a commercial analyst to join their team in Warwick on a fixed-term contract for the next nine months.
Your new role
The commercial analyst will support commercial teams with insights and recommendations to improve the wholesale business performance. You will produce automated dashboards in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint for monitoring to monitor performance of KPI's, product and customer performance. You will proactively analyse data and influence commercial decision-making. You will challenge pricing strategies to maximise profit for a wholesale business. You will participate in weekly and monthly commercial meetings working collaboratively with sourcing, supply and sales teams.
What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a data and analytics role in a fast-paced commercial environment
• High quality analytical skills and knowledge of data visualisation tools and Microsoft Office skills
• Good communication skills, verbal and written, and through presentations
• Confident with stakeholder relationships
