• This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Agency Negotiator to join a specialist in commercial property who are looking to further expand their team providing services in Commercial Lettings, Surveying, Valuations and Property Management.

Commercial Agency Negotiator

Duties (including but not limited to):

• Preparing commercial property listings and marketing.
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and source commercial property to meet their requirements.
• Facilitating negotiations on contractual agreements and leases.
• Handling general enquiries in person, as well as via the phone and email.
• Undertaking viewings and negotiations.

Commercial Agency Negotiator

Essential requirements:

• You must have experience in the property sector, preferably within the Essex area.
• Full UK driving license.
• Highly organised and able to work under pressure, and to deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional outlook.

Commercial Agency Negotiator

Desirable requirements:

• Previous experience in the Commercial property sector would be desirable.
• Chartered Surveying, RICS qualified would be advantageous but not essential.

Commercial Agency Negotiator

• Basic salary £30,000 with on target earnings of £40,000 plus company car or car allowance. Working hours Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
