The role of the Commercial Admin - Roofing & Cladding Systems will involve:

• Commercial Admin position dealing with a range of roofing and cladding projects both in the new build and refurbishment sectors
• Assisting the Head of Commercial with daily operations, scheduling and communication
• Liaise with Commercial Team, Quantity Surveyors, Contracts Team, Main Contractors and Sub-contractors
• Maintain and organise documents, reports and presentations
• Develop commercial and contractual aspects of relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Support with compiling and issuing invitations to tender, analyse subcontractor quotations and make recommendations for placement of orders
• Assist with month end applications, invoicing & valuations within agreed timescales

The ideal applicant will be a Commercial Admin - Roofing & Cladding Systems with:

• Ideally will be from a PA, Admin, Coordinator, Support or Finance Assistant background
• Would consider a graduate (scope to progress into a QS / Trainee QS role)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Commercially astute, professional, resilient
• Hard working, positive, driven and dynamic personality
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
