We are looking to speak with an experienced Commercial Account Handler for an opportunity to work for this good independent broking organisation based in Worsley.

The Commercial Account Handler opportunity will suit an existing broker with some good years of experience in handling a range of cross-class commercial lines of insurance on behalf of a mix of clients.

You will be a well organised individual with good communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

As Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling renewals and midterm adjustments for a good range of the commercial clients, ensuring that an excellent service is always provided and that you secure the requisite cover at the best possible rates.

In return, our client will offer a salary in the region of £30,000-£40,000 which is dependent on the qualifications and experience that you can bring to the business.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience spanning several years as a Commercial Account Handler within insurance broking is essential.
  • Have experience of and be able to demonstrate good knowledge of a range of different commercial insurance products.
  • Experience using the Acturis platform is essential and will aid in your success in the role.
  • Be well organised, with effective time management skills.
  • A strong negotiator and good communicator, priding yourself on delivering a great level of service to all clients.
