A new Commercial Account Handler opportunity has become available to work for an insurance brokerage based in Worsley. You will be joining a good independent regional broker with offices across the North West and in Central Manchester.

As Commercial Account Handler, you will be working closely with the Directors and Account Executives in managing your own caseload of Renewals and Mid-term Adjustments on behalf of a mixed book of Commercial clients. You will need to ensure that your quality of work is high, and an exceptional service is always provided to all customers.

You will also be involved in dealing with insurers to ensure clients get the best deal possible, therefore good communication and negotiation skills are key.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A good background and experience within commercial insurance over a number of years.
  • An excellent communicator and pride yourself on providing a first class service to customers.
  • Be well organised and able to manage your own caseload to deadlines.
  • Qualified to CII level would be great, though not essential.
  • Proficient across Microsoft office platforms.
