I am representing a long established and fiercely independent, chartered insurance broker with excellent reputation in the regional market. Working across a diverse range of sectors they provide cover across all general commercial lines of business. Employing a team of experienced broking professionals they strive to offer a high standard of service to their loyal customer base.

Due to both organic growth and acquisition of a commercial book of business they are looking to recruit an additional broking professional to join their Macclesfield operation. Working within a small yet skilled team you will deal with all aspects of broking including new business, adjustments and renewals. With your own client allocation the majority of your customers will be managed over the phone without requiring face to face contact, however you will also be required to support the directors with handling of larger clients.

Applicants must have commercial insurance experience gained within a broking environment and good cross class commercial knowledge. Essentially you will have a positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and have the ability to embrace and encourage change that is aimed at transforming and improving a broking operation.

In return my client can offer a competitive basic salary, 25 days holiday and company pension. For an initial discussion please apply in confidence with current CV
