Your new job working as a Commercial Account Handler will be based in North West London for an Independent Lloyd's Broker who have their head office based in the City. Your new brokers employ over 300 staff around the UK. They have grown rapidly in the last 20 years to become one of the top independent brokers in the UK dealing with over 16,000+ clients. Having completed numerous successful acquisitions, the company has secured further funding to continue its ambitious growth plans. They hold Chartered Insurance Broker status, awarded in recognition of their commitment to maintaining highest standards in many areas. Due to growth within their Commercial division, a permanent role for a Commercial Account Handler has arisen.

Your new role
Your new role, working as a Commercial Account Handler, will be responsible for providing a comprehensive insurance service to existing and potential new clients. Providing quotations on all types of Commercial Insurance, via the telephone, face to face or in writing, placing cover when instructed, inviting and confirming renewals and dealing with mid-term adjustments, and where appropriate, as well as looking after claims. The role includes a mix of handling your own clients end to end and working with Account Executives to look after all clients' needs.

What you\'ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have 2 years\' experience of working as a Commercial Account Handler dealing with Commercial, property, casualty, motor and PI etc and can travel to North West London. This will ideally be within a broking environment. The individual will also be someone who understands FCA regulations and the importance of acting compliantly.

As a commercial Account handler, you'll be offered a competitive salary of up to £42,000, (for local) plus a full benefits package.
