The successful candidate will inherit a portfolio of commercial clients with a combined worth of approximately £50,000 (commission income). This provides a platform to build relationships and expand the book through sophisticated sales techniques. The role is perfect for those who excel in engaging with commercial clients paying premiums ranging from £20,000 to £100,000.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the insurance sector, demonstrating an ability to navigate the complexities of commercial client needs. A strategic mind set and a flair for identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities are essential. Strong interpersonal skills will enable the successful candidate to build and maintain enduring client relationships.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrable experience in insurance sales, with a focus on commercial insurance clients.
• Adept at strategic sales planning and execution.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and grow a client portfolio effectively.
• A solid understanding of the commercial insurance market and products.
• Relevant professional qualifications are highly regarded.
