A reputable commercial insurance brokerage firm dedicated to providing top-tier insurance solutions to businesses across various industries is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to strengthen the client services team.

As Commercial Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the insurance process.
  • Analysing client insurance needs and risk exposures, recommending appropriate coverage options and solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
  • Negotiating insurance terms and premiums with underwriters on behalf of clients, ensuring competitive pricing and comprehensive coverage.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation, including policy information, endorsements, and claims history.
  • Actively managing renewals and policy endorsements, proactively identifying opportunities for coverage enhancements or cost savings.
  • Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Producers to develop comprehensive insurance programs and strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide informed guidance and advice to clients.

We’re looking for a Commercial Account Executive with the following:

  • Extensive experience in commercial insurance brokerage, with a focus on client service and account management.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages, including property, liability, workers' compensation, and specialty lines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build long-term relationships with clients and underwriters.
  • Proficient in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
