Collections & Customer Service Agent

Are you looking to work for a growing company who are a leading provider in their field?

This is an exciting new opportunity for a Collections & Customer Service Agent to join a company based in Harlow. Hours are Monday to Friday on shift patterns (8am-4pm or 10am-6pm alternating every week). This is a fully office based role with free parking.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to clients

  • Updating the CMS with accurate call notes from clients

  • Collecting and processing payments onto the database and setting up payment arrangements with clients

  • Dealing with queries and complaints, ensuring to obtain accurate details to then pass to the correct department

  • Providing admin and ad-hoc tasks to support the team as required

To be successful for this position, you must be a strong communicator with a firm and polite telephone manner.

You must also have excellent organisational and communication skills, with high attention to detail and be confident using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.
