REED are recruiting for a Logistics company based in Poole.
Reporting to Head of Finance, you will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday- Friday. You will be responsible for negotiating reliable payment and managing a portfolio of customers.
This is a permanent position offering an annual salary of £24,500.00

About the Role
Duties:
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with customers
- Negotiating, implementing, and monitoring reliable repayment resolutions
- Processing payments
- Communicating with customers through emails to encourage engagement from unresponsive customers
- Managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring payment plans are maintained
- Updating our database and systems to keep an accurate record of activities
- Working with collections and litigation to ensure our customers understand the process
- Developing litigation knowledge to support with filing and submitting cases to court and responding to customers effectively
About you
- The successful candidate will have an analytical and problem-solving mindset and be able to negotiate effectively.
- They will have excellent time management skills and strong organisation abilities.
- They will be a good communicator and have strong IT skills within Microsoft Office.
- Previous inbound and outbound contact centre experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Efficient IT skills and confident using Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Ability to negotiate effectively
