An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Collections Agent to join a credit management company based in Manchester. Due to growth within the business, they now seek dynamic, enthusiastic members to join their team. If you have a background in collections, banking, utilities, or good inbound/outbound experience. Main Duties:

  • Accomplishing the efficient and timely collection of debts
  • Taking inbound and outbound calls
  • Arranging payment within the FCA guidelines
  • Ensuring customer's payments are kept up to date Meeting and exceeding KPI'S within quality cash collocations and productivity
  • Negotiating payment arrangements
  • Assessing customers' ability to pay outstanding balances
  • Liaising with clients via the in-house system to resolve outstanding queries
  • Communicating over the phone and by email with clients

  • Strong Negotiation Skills
  • Disciplined approach to time keeping and processes
  • Good questioning skills
  • Confident working under pressure
  • Ability to work to targets and exceed KPI's
