Job Summary:

One of our well respected and prestigious Asset Finance clients is seeking a highly motivated Collections Administrator in supporting their operations expansion. Responsibilities include handling customer calls, managing ARUDD and ADDACS files, processing payments, and ensuring legal compliance. The role requires diligence, resilience, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Handle ARUDD and ADDACS files daily.
• Address arrears and repossession calls, escalating when necessary.
• Process payments and issue legal notices as required.
• Investigate customer and asset details.
• Adhere to targets and assist in new staff training.
• Maintain the live arrears list, ensuring timely action.

Skills :

• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Resilience and self-motivation.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Essential: 5 GCSEs including English and Maths, financial and analytical skills, debt collections experience.

Desirable: Asset Finance knowledge, Excel proficiency.
