The Vacancy

We are looking for an experienced collections agent to come and join a rapidly growing, diverse workforce on a full-time permanent basis. The business is happy to work on a hybrid pattern, with Mondays and Fridays based from home. Our office is central and accessible both by car and public transport, we also offer a competitive base salary alongside a secure bonus structure.

* A strong background in collections, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
* A motivated, driven personality.
* Capabilities to manage their own workload.
* A people orientated individual, with an approachable and personable telephone manner.
