Our client is expanding their People team and created a new role for a Colleague Experience Partner who can nurture colleagues to ultimately making their employment with our client the best it can be. The Colleague Experience Partner will be naturally caring and nurturing, collaborative in nature and able to get stuff done. We’re looking for Colleague Experience Partners who can onboard, care for and develop a diverse group of colleagues, while being commercial enough to support in customer conversations.

The success of the CEP will be measured in four primary ways:

  1. Colleague happiness and engagement;
  2. Customer satisfaction;
  3. The development and growth of your direct team and;
  4. The quality of onboarding provided to new colleagues.

Colleague Experience Partners will report to the Customer Success Manager and be responsible for providing pastoral care and wellbeing for around 60 colleagues from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.

Key responsibilities

  • Onboard new colleagues utilising the appropriate tools, ensuring they quickly feel connected, have clarity on the business and their role, understand our ways of working and learn about the culture and values.
  • Provide day to day support for your team including one-to-one check ins, supporting their wellbeing, and managing their administration such as holiday and training requests.
  • Build a deep understanding of each of your team members, supporting them through quarterly performance reviews, sharing recognition and driving their own personal progression to enable each colleague to become the best version of themselves.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business and with customers to create solutions that support and develop the people.
  • When a colleague chooses to leave, ensure their offboarding is completed to a high standard, that they join the Alumni and share their story on how their career developed.
