Up to £29,000 per annum plus company benefits

Evoke Staffing have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Coffee Shop Manager for an all-in house baked, family-owned business.

Our Client are experts in their field with a wealth of experience trading, they are now expanding to opening their own shop in the heart of Bristol.

The Coffee Shop Manager will oversee the day-to-day shop activities with a hands-on approach, ensuring that the opening, closing and daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and be involved in the day to day running of the shop
  • To liaise with the Bakery HQ to ensure the correct orders are fulfilled
  • To place orders ensuring the correct stock levels are achieved
  • Allocating the team effectively to ensure all targets are met
  • To train staff on all aspects of the business (coffee machine, oven, till, cleaning, setup, etc)
  • To ensure the cleaning, hygiene and staff handbook practices are followed by everyone
  • To be present at audits and contribute to the improvement of the Food Safety System

To secure this position, it is important you have a relative background with experience as a Supervisor/Manager within the coffee/café industry or hospitality alongside the ability to lead a team and operation.

We are looking for someone who has a proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks, is driven and has the willingness to ensure success of the new shop.
