We are looking for and experienced CNC Setter / Operator who can use CMM machinery also for a small but very busy engineering company in the Whetstone area of Leicester.

This is a manual, active and busy role where you operate special CNC machinery (mills, lathers) to produce special optics which are then coating to either make them scratch resistance or for clarity.

It's a clean, warm, nice site - the team a very supportive and there is a nice career ladder to climb.

To be considered - it's important that you are local to the South Leicester area, have a solid background in CNC (setting and operating) as well as a CV showing longevity.

Due to the nature of the end product, there will be a huge element of training so being able to demonstrate that you can hold a job down at the same place for longer than 3 years is key.
