£28,000 - £30,000 + Full Technical Training Into Design + Clear Progression Opportunities + No Weekend Work + Day Shifts + Pension
Site Based Role - Commutable From Wickwar, Yate And Stroud

Are you someone with experience setting and operating CNC Machines that is looking to be fully trained into a design engineer role by in-house experts with the scope of you to become a go-to technical expert in your field, alongside having clear progression routes throughout the business?

On offer is a days based role, where you will be able to maintain a fanatic work-life balance as there is no weekend work and you will be on a 39 hour contract, In addition to working on bespoke, niche equipment to broaden your skill set, with the scope of you to become an all-rounded design engineer.

This company are an industry leading manufacturing company that have built up a fantastic reputation for looking after their staff, that has allowed them to retain a long-lasting workforce. They have over 50 employees and are looking to expand their workforce due to exponential growth.

This role would suit a CNC Setter / Operator that is looking to take their first step into a Design Engineer role where you will receive full technical training into the role through in-house experts, where you will become a go-to design engineer in the industry.

*Design of new and existing products

*Eager to be trained into a design engineer
