Position: Full-time, Permanent, 8-hour Shifts.

Salary: A competitive salary of up to £35k per year

We are seeking a Junior CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components. This is a key role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and accurate production of high-quality products.

Required Experience:

- Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines

- Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Familiarity with various cutting tools, speeds, and feeds

- Attention to detail and precision in machining operations

- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting machine issues

- Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations

- Write and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software

- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for each machining operation

- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality output

- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines

- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required specifications

- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes
