Are you an experienced CNC operator/ manager with a sheet metal and management background looking for a varied and hands-on role within a well-established, fast growing, highly successful company that is becoming a leader in manufacturing a variety of sheet metal projects?

In this role you will take on varied responsibilities as a team lead including supervision, safety, assessment of production methods, and monitoring of materials and stock. All while being the lead for a number of CNC staff, this role will also require you to liaise with all relevant departments, abide by regulations and be the go to expert for all things motivation and training within the role.

This role would suit a knowledge full, sheet metal experienced CNC leader, aspiring to take on more responsibility and progress their career in an autonomous pivotal role. All while being offered the chance for progression, further training, 33 Days total holiday, and early finish Fridays.

THE ROLE:
* Varied managerial responsibilities

THE PERSON:
* Experience with CNC - Press Brake, Punch etc
* Sheet Metal background
* Managerial experience or attributes
* Commutable to Deeside
