CNC Machinist

My client, a leading engineering company based close to High Wycombe are looking to recruit a CNC Machinist on a full time, permanent basis. The role will be working on a day shift covering 40 hours per week.

My client is looking for either a setter/operator or setter/programmer to work on their CNC Turning / CNC Mill-Turn machinery.

CNC Turner / CNC Mill-Turn:

• Working on CNC Mazak Integrex Lathes / Mill-Turn, using Matrix & Smooth controls.
• Will consider setter/operators or setter/programmers.
• Programmers to have experience on mazatrol.
• 1st off and in-process inspection ensuring quality of parts is of required standard.
• Mazak experience not necessary as full training will be given for an experienced CNC Turner / Mill/Turn willing develop skills / knowledge.

Experience:

• Experienced CNC Turner or CNC Mill-Turn machinist.
• Setter/operator or setter / programmer
• Problem solver.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Hours of work are 07.30 - 16.30 Monday to Thursday with a 13.30 finish on Fridays covering 40 hours a week. In addition, overtime will be available.

Attractive and competitive salary is on offer dependent on level and experience:

• Setter/Operator, £18.00 - £19.00 per hour
• Setter/Programmer £20.00 - £24.00 per hour
