Job Title: CNC Machinist

Salary: Up to £43500+ a year

Our client is looking for a CNC Machinsit toJoin their innovative manufacturing team that leads the industry in precision and quality. They are dedicated to excellence, the CNC Machinist would have ideally supervisory experience to help their machining operations.

The Role: As a CNC Machinist, you will not only be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machines but also for assisting the development of the next generation of machinists, ensuring high-quality production, and meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the supervision of a team of CNC machinists, providing guidance and support.
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts. (heidenhain / OneCnc)
  • Ensure all machined components meet strict quality and safety standards.
  • Train and mentor machinists on new techniques and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a CNC Machinist.
  • Proficient in advanced CNC programming and operation.
  • Proficient in quality and inspection procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
