The ideal candidate will be a fully skilled CNC Machinist, possessing extensive experience as a programmer, setter, and operator.

DAYS ONLY (+ overtime)

Role Overview:

  • Program, set up, and operate Haas 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills and Y-axis lathes.
  • Conduct dimensional and visual checks using appropriate measuring equipment.
  • Perform online and offline programming with Hypermill CAM.
  • Carry out deburring and finishing of components.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workplace.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Preferably a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Proficient in 5-axis programming using Hyper Mill.
  • Thoroughly skilled in operating Haas/Fanuc controlled CNC Mills/Lathes.
  • Competent in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Responsible for ensuring quality and conformity to drawings/3D CAD models, with a commitment to producing the highest possible quality.
  • Experience working with tight tolerances and meeting deadlines.
  • Flexible attitude towards working hours, as overtime may be required.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
