CNC / Manual Machinist
Stacksteads, Bacup, OL13 OTB

  • 9:00 am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Permanent position
  • £18 - £21 per hour depending on experience

About the Role:

Join our skilled team to provide precision machined components for our machinery and external clients. In this flexible working environment, we see you as the next crucial member of our highly experienced and skilled team of specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce precision machined components with minimal supervision
  • Utilise problem-solving skills and initiative
  • Apply existing tool knowledge to innovate manufacturing methods
  • Self-inspect work using engineering measuring equipment
  • Perform routine machine maintenance
  • Adhere to Health and Safety policies
  • Work to deadlines
  • Interpret and work from engineering drawings


The Person:

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic about delivering outstanding results for our team and growing client list.

Our ideal candidate will also have the following skills and experiences:

  • Competent Experience in CNC milling/turning
  • Fanuc programming 3/4 Axis
  • CAM programming
  • Manual lathe experience required
  • Stainless Steel machining experience ideal
