WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The Cluster IT Technician assumes a pivotal role as the primary interface for the IT Services department, offering frontline assistance to both shared services and school staff. This position, primarily school-oriented, entails supporting six local primary schools, thereby mandating occasional on-site visits by the suitable candidate.
CLUSTER IT TECHNICIAN - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Network Security
IT software and hardware
Internet security and data privacy principles
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Office 365
Windows Server
Active Directory
