This dynamic client is on the hunt for an exceptional Cluster Facilities Manager to oversee 5 of their premier buildings, spanning a total of over 240,000 sq. ft. This role is not for the faint-hearted but for a visionary eager to manage, inspire, and lead within the bustling environment of West London's business districts.

About you :
" A seasoned professional with at least 4 years Cluster FM experience.
" Adept in all aspects of building management, with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach.
" A proud holder of IOSH certification; possessing Nebosh would be a distinct advantage.
" Experienced in managing multi-lets and complex building scenarios, demonstrating a keen understanding of the unique challenges they present.
" Ambitious, with a track record of managing large budgets in excess of £1.5 million, showcasing your ability to plan, allocate, and optimize resources effectively.
" Passionate about facilities management, estate management, delivering unparalleled customer service, leading teams with excellence, and managing finances with precision.
