Position: Clinical Unit Manager
Location: Thetford, IP25
Hours: 36 hours per week, Days
Salary: £50,000 per annum

Time Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Unit Manager to join their team at an excellent nursing home based in Watton.

The service itself has 73 beds and provides dementia and general nursing care. The home boasts rave reviews on carehome.co.uk with a score of 9.4!

The provider is an innovative, family-run care company with a mission to provide the highest standard of person-centred care to all residents across their 30+ homes and services. They are an award-winning provider who have been ranked in the top 20 care providers nationally. It's an exciting time to join them, with plans for expansion over the coming years and therefore excellent opportunities for professional development.

The home is currently undergoing a clinical transformation and we are looking for a strong Clinical Unit Manager who can inspire and play a pivotal role in maintaining the exceptional care standards at the facility. Your duties will include:

* Lead and inspire the care team to deliver outstanding care and support to residents with dementia and elderly care needs.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans, ensuring they are continuously updated to meet residents' changing needs.
* Supervise and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and maintaining a positive working environment.
* Collaborate with external healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
* Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in dementia and elderly care.

Requirements:

* A valid NMC Pin
* Experience working as a Clinical Lead/Nurse Manager/Unit Manager
* Experience working with Dementia/Elderly Care
