Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented Clinical Pharmacist to join a reputable private hospital located in Stirling, UK. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for patients within the hospital setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting medication reviews and assessments
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy
  • Providing drug information and education to patients and healthcare staff
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of pharmacy services
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

Requirements:
  • Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Proven experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist in a hospital setting
  • Strong clinical knowledge and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
