Overview
Compass Associates are delighted to be exclusively working with a respected and established specialist provider for both children and adults within specialist education and care.

This is an exciting time to join the organisation due to continuing plans for growth. This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced Psychologist who is looking to further their career. The position will report into the Head of Wellbeing and Clinical Services, whilst you will overlook the MDT which includes Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychotherapists and Assistant Psychologists.

The position of Clinical Lead is a combined leadership, management and clinical practice position, covering several Schools which includes specialist education for those with autism, complex and developmental trauma.

You will work closely with the Head of Wellbeing and Clinical Services as well as the Regional Director, Head of Services and other key stakeholders.

You will be required to manage a small caseload.

Criteria
You must be registered with HCPC as a Psychologist.
A completed doctorate as a Clinical or Educational Psychologist is essential.
It's essential you have experience with autism and/or neurodevelopmental.
Experience within specialist education is desirable but not essential.
You must be prepared to commute to services in and around London.
A clear DBS is required.

Package Details
Salary is between £70,000 - £75,000, depending upon experience plus a £3,000 car allowance, mileage, pension, life assurance, CPD and additional benefits.

After 3 months there will be an option to work 4 days in 5.

Interview Process
There will be a single stage interview via Teams.

There will potentially be a presentation required.
