Job Title: Clinical Lead - Complex Care - Adults
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 + Mileage
Location: Hybrid - Devon
Hours: Full-time - Monday to Friday

Overview:

Recognised with a "Good" rating by the CQC, our client is renowned for delivering tailored, nurse-managed care to children with a spectrum of diagnoses, including neurological and neuromuscular conditions such as Spinal and Brain Injury, Respiratory conditions, Epilepsy, and Cerebral Palsy.

As our client expands its care provision to meet growing demand, Compass Associates is excited to seek an accomplished Senior Nurse to join their dynamic team as a Clinical Lead. In this role, you will oversee a diverse caseload of complex care clients, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (MDT), and provide invaluable mentorship to care teams.

Location:
This hybrid role offers flexibility, with opportunities to work remotely 1 to 2 days per week. The rest of the week will involve visits to your clients to ensure that the care they are receiving is quality and up the standards.

Essential Criteria:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Adult Nurse (RN)
Active UK NMC registration
Minimum 2 years' experience in Complex / Critical care settings such as ICU, ITU, CCU, HDU, A&E, Anaesthesia, or Theatre
Experience with Ventilation & Tracheostomy
Management experience (desirable)
