Job Type: Full-time hybrid role

Location: City of London (Bury Street office & client Site)

Salary: £32,000-£36,000 base

We are looking for a Clinical Business Partner to join our team, taking on the client account management, observation and investigation of our nurses and staff banks. We’ll need you to take ownership of bringing information regarding investigations to our clients, whilst allowing time for their decision following.

Your main responsibility within the role will be to manage relationships with clients and attend meetings onsite, pipelining, carrying out MI reports and understanding the forecasting plans, fill rates etc. to ensure the best service is given to our client.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Oversee client account management, including attending meetings and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Conduct and manage investigations into concerns raised by the trust or staff, ensuring all necessary information is gathered.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure concerns are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of investigations and maintain accurate records of all cases.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators such as fill rates and forecasting plans to optimize service delivery.
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience of managing Employment Cases within a HR function, ideally in a clinical setting.
  • Investigative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to assertively manage complex situations.
  • Empathy and strong interpersonal skills for sensitive communication.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
