Fantastic opportunity to join Hospiscare as our Clinical Administrator in Exeter!

Based at Searle House, Dryden road, EX2 5JJ

Part/Full time 30–37.5 hours/week, over 4-5 days Monday to Friday

Hospiscare Band 3: £22,819 – 24,383 per annum

As part of a small admin team, you will support clinical colleagues across our Exeter Community team, providing them with the timely and comprehensive administrative service that enables them to deliver the excellent standard of specialist care they are renowned for.  You will also work collaboratively with Hospiscare’s external partners to provide them with the same high level of administrative support.

You will have secretarial/administrative experience and have worked in a customer facing service environment, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and manage stressful situations in a professional manner.  Your developed organisational, communication and IT skills will also be crucial to be successful in this role. 

Able to work independently, organising your own workload on a daily basis, you will also be comfortable working flexibly as part of the team to respond to changing priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
