Clinic Manager, Permanent, London, to £30,000

Our client is a successful, growing company of private clinics and they are recruiting for a Clinic Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • To own the clinic space and lead from the front with your high standards, pro-action, assertiveness and clarity of communication.
  • To assert the needs of the clinic over the reservations of the clinical team and the objections of clients when necessary.
  • To facilitate the entire client journey in such a way that makes each and every client feel special and continues to generate fabulous online reviews.
  • To be so engaged and to communicate so effectively and pro-actively with colleagues, clients and suppliers as to give the impression that you can see issues before they actually happen.
  • To adhere to a such a high bar across a wide range of clinical and procedural standards - e.g. client record keeping, paediatric support and stock monitoring - that you have no fear of an inspection from our client’s regulator.

  • You could currenty be working as a spa manager, private practice coordinator, clinic coordinator or in the nhs.
